I just want to take a minute to thank you for the great job you and your staff did for our wedding.  You were calm and organized and so pleasant to have there.  Your set-up went like clock-work (at least from the looks of things), you were ready in plenty of time to serve the food and, of great importance, the food was delicious!  Thank you for a fair price, a pleasant experience before, during and after the event, and yummy home-prepared food to fill our appetites.  And thank you for the extra touches that I didn't count on like coming through with tablecloths for our tables when our linen order got messed up and making special homemade strawberry topping for our ice-cream bar.  You added to the specialness of the day by providing such a nice dining experience.  I already have had a request for your info so obviously you delighted our guests with your service.  Good luck with your business and all your endeavors.
